New Strength and Conditioning Coach for 2019/20

More exciting rugby news at Newbridge RFC. We are delighted to announce our new Strength and Conditioning Coach for the coming season. This position will be filled by Ioan Lane. Director of Rugby Dafydd Lloyd said “It’s great to have Ioan on board for what will be a tough season coming up. It will be new territory for us as a Club and I want to make sure we are in the best shape possible to achieve our goals. Ioan is a very committed coach who is very organised and brings a very enthusiastic and professional feeling to the Club. I am really looking forward to working with him this season......
