We offer a full end-to-end service managed through our own leading-edge integrated technology. Our customer centric approach is unrivalled and our on-site technology allows liability and scope to be validated on the spot so that repair work can be completed at first site visit wherever possible. We provide underground services support to the claims management sector by maintaining drains and water pipes from branch locations throughout the UK. We have highly skilled DBS-checked engineers who employ the latest survey and repair techniques such as lining water pipes from our own fully equipped vans. We assign claims to dedicated handlers so the customer will deal with the same person throughout the journey of their claim. We offer full visibility in the claims process with Innovation Group functionality and systems that enable access to key information through the “myPipes” portal. In addition we manage all underground services ‘accidental damage claims’ for our clients providing the same benefits and cost controls, which include: drainage/water pipe investigation & repairs; validation where third party tradesmen are the customer’s choice; managing enablement work to reduce hand-offs to Insurers. A senior member of our Underground Services team has been appointed onto the Management Committee of the Society of Waste Water and Water Industries (SBWWI) as Vice-Chairman – Technical. This enables us to keep abreast of all new product development and legislation within the industry.
