Congratulations and good luck to our Magnificent Seven: Loosehead Nathan Evans, Hooker Zac Hewlett, Tighthead Taylor Hansen, No.8 Garin Price, Outside half Iwan Burgwin, Full Back Luke Shore and Full Back Joel Whitcombe. All these players selected from Newbridge Youth to represent Dragons U18's v Scarlets today (Friday) at COE Ystrad Mynach. Special mention for Nathan being given the honours leading the team out as captain.
In addition hooker William Griffiths is on duty with Wales Under 18s in the international series at Ystrad Mynach on Sunday.
This is an incredible achievement for the team as all these players are Under 17 first year youth players and are playing up a year at under 18 regional and international level.
The Youth travel to Holland in the early hours of Saturday morning to play in the Hilversum Tournament where they aim to imprrove on last year's runners up finish.
